Embark on an unforgettable hike through the upper section of the McKenzie River Trail. Nestled in a lush forest canopy following cascading waterfalls, and a crystal clear river this is an outdoor adventure that is full of attraction! Our Best of McKenzie Shuttle lets you experience the most iconic portion of the McKenzie River  Trail with a convenient thru-hike!

How It Works

Meet us at Trail Bride Reservoir, our starting point for those boarding the shuttle. This is the same parking area as the Blue Pool Trailhead. Once you arrive, we’ll load up you and your gear up and hit the road. You’ll be able to take the trail at your pace, but it’s typically around 3 to 4 hours total. We will drop you of at the south end of Clear Lake. From there you can decide which way you would like to split to begin your Journey!

Once you’re on the trail, if you need to be picked up mid hike, we are happy to help if we are available, but you will be charged accordingly.

Excellent
#1 of 7 Specialty lodging in McKenzie Bridge

“Used Horse Creek to get a shuttle to Horsepasture trailhead to experience mountain biking the O'Leary/Olallie trail. The driver was awesome, they made sure nobody was forgotten and that everyone had their helmets, water, etc. which is great because it can be easy to forget these things. They have basic facilities for pre-ride needs and the driver drives responsibly. If you want to mountain bike the McKenzie River Valley and want a reliable, friendly, affordable shuttle service, use Horse Creek Lodge.” — Jeff G. (via Yelp)
