Cancellation Information:

We understand that guests may need to cancel a reservation and we will do our best to accommodate a variety of situations. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please contact us by email or by phone. ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT. If you call or email to cancel, and you don’t receive a confirmation from us, please call again. Refunds differ depending on the type of reservation see below for details.

Cabins: (Sahalie, Koosah, Tamolitch)

Cabin reservations will receive a deposit refund minus a 10% cancellation fee up to 72 hours before the time of check in on the first day of your reservation. Deposits for cancellation requests less than 72 hours prior will not be refunded. Cancellation requests less than 24 hours and any no shows will not be refunded for the first night of the reservation.

Delta House:

Delta House reservations will receive a deposit refund minus a 10% cancellation fee up to 14 days before check in on the first day of your reservation. Deposits for cancellation requests less than 14 days prior and will not be refunded. Cancellation requests less than 24 hours and any no shows will not be refunded for the first 2 nights of the reservation.

Camping:

Camping reservations will receive a deposit refund minus a 10% cancellation fee up to 24 hours before the time of the activity or rental. Cancellation requests less than 24 hours and any no shows will not be refunded.

Outdoor Activities: (rafting, shuttles and rentals)

Activity and rental reservations will receive a deposit refund minus a 10% cancellation fee up to 24 hours before the time of the activity or rental. Cancellation requests less than 24 hours and any no shows will not be refunded.

All cancellations will have the option to transfer the reservation to another date if done before the deposit refund cut off. If you wish to change your reservation this can be done at no charge. Changes to reservations are subject to current availability. If you have to cancel your reservation after changing it, the above policy will be implemented.

Reservation Information:

All reservations require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of the fee will be collected 24 hours prior to the reservation. Any cancellations will be charged a 10% processing fee.
