My wife and I use their shuttle service to ride the McKenzie River trail. They were friendly, efficient and helpful, with really helpful touches like a fridge with drinks for the end of the ride, a place to hang out and relax a bit and a free shower to use after a long day on the trail. I’d highly recommend it. Read more

UPDATE 8/27/21 The Knoll fire is in the mop up stage, meaning local crews are monitoring it and cleaning up as it continues to burn itself out within its established perimeter. The section between Trailbridge and Deer Creek will be closed through the rest of the season. The upper half is running great and can be shuttled – or you can ride the road past the closed area to access the lower section of the trail.
Our BOM Shuttle (Best of McKenzie) is another great option.
The McKenzie River Trail (MRT)(opens in a new tab) is one of the most well-loved trails in the country, and for good reason! With over 20 miles through beautiful scenery like waterfalls and lava beds, the MRT is ideal for mountain bikers of intermediate ability. Our shuttle is a great way to get to this amazing trail without having to worry about transporting your gear—simply meet us at Horse Creek Lodge, and we’ll help you get set up. Then, once you’re back at the end of the day, you’re welcome to wash your bike, have a hot outdoor shower, or just hang out!
How It Works
Meet us at Horse Creek Lodge, our starting point for those boarding the pre-ride shuttle. It’s about one mile west of the end of the McKenzie River Trail and is the first stop on our journey. Once you arrive, we’ll load up you and your bike and hit the road. You’ll be able to take the trail at your pace, but it’s typically around 5 to 6 hours total.
When you finish your ride, simply continue down the highway for one mile from the lower trailhead and take a left turn toward Horse Creek Lodge. If you’d rather reward yourself with some post-ride beer and burgers, you can also continue riding another 1/4 mile down to the McKenzie General Store(opens in a new tab). We’ll be happy to pick you up from there if you’re taking the post-ride shuttle!
Please note that riders have the option of both a pre-ride and post-ride shuttle but do not need to do both.
Pre-ride shuttle: $30 per person
Post-ride shuttle: $30 per person

Used their shuttle for the MRT, Gary was great! He gave lots of useful info on the drive up and the showers, chill outdoor lounge and beverages post ride back at the lodge were a wonderful way to end our ride. Definitely coming back! Read more
The shuttle driver Gary was very informative about the MRT. The shower at the end of the ride was most delightful, and complimentary drinks appreciated. […] This is the only shuttle company you need in the area! Read more
